  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship worldwide!
  • I want to track my order?
    You can track your order by clicking here.
  • My product is damaged?
    If the product you received is defective, fill out the contact form with all the necessary information: Upon receipt of your complaint, our customer service will get back to you very quickly.
  • Where are your products manufactured?
    All our products are made in France, in our workshop located in the Paris region.
  • How to return products?
    Download (PDF Return Slip) the attached document, you can come to our offices or send it by mail. The cost of postage will not be refunded to you. However, the item must be returned within 14 days.
  • How can I get a refund?
    Only textiles are refundable (5 to 14 working days), but only if the product is damaged.
